Variants:

The Tata Tigor is offered in six variants that include XE, XM, XZ, and XZ+. The CNG version is available in two variants XZ and XZ+.

Market introduction:

The BS6 Tata Tigor facelift was launched in India on 22 January, 2020. The CNG variants were introduced in India on 19 January, 2022.

Engine and specification:

The Tata Tigor is powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, NA Revotron petrol engine that produces 85bhp and 113Nm of torque. This motor is paired to a five-speed manual transmission and an AMT unit.

The CNG variant produces 72bhp and 95Nm of torque, and is offered only with a five-speed manual unit.

Exterior design:

In terms of design, the Tata Tigor gets a new Magnetic Red exterior shades, i-CNG badge on the boot lid, a black roof, and silver-coated five-spoke 15-inch alloy wheels. 

Interior and features:

The interiors of the Tata Tigor come equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a fully digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, a flat-bottom steering wheel, an engine start-stop button, and a cooled glove-box.

The additions with the MY 2022 update include automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and new fabric upholstery.

Colours:

The Tata Tigor is available in four colours including Magnetic Red, Deep Red, Arizona Blue, Pure Silver, Opal White, and Daytona Grey.

Seating capacity:

The Tata Tigor has a seating capacity of five occupants.

Rivals to the Tata Tigor include the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Honda Amaze, and Hyundai Aura.
